Whoa
I haven't updated in FOREVER! With Narnia and school and all, I just haven't had time to blog. Now, as summer boredom begins to rear its ugly head, I have more time. :)
Updates:
Narnia went AMAZINGLY well, and now Act 1 is going to perform a play called "A Little Princess".
Kisa, my kitten, is growing up! She's about twice as big as she was a few months ago, though she's still pretty teeny :3
Bluey, my older cat, still keeps getting fatter...
And I've decided that this guy is my favorite user on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/Cyr1216
LOL XD
Have a nice day, and thank you so much for stopping by.

WOLF MAKEUP and Narnia stuff
Our Narnia play opens on Friday, thus tech week has begun.
We got al of the makeup and costumes sorted out yesterday. As most of you know, I am a wolf in the production.
Here's our wolf pack:

This is Alex. He plays Maugrim/Fenris Ulf, the wolf pack leader and the captain of the White Witch's Secret Police. We're gonna put gel in his hair to make it look like ears.

Meet Emma, the second member of our pack. She eats people who get on her nerves :P

Grant. He looks excited to be here, doesn't he?

Marissa, one of my best friends in Act 1 (the theatre group).

And here's me. I personally hate this picture, but here you go.
Kudos to Donna Williams, our costume designer, and David Lashley (lashleyphoto.com)for the photos. If required, I will take these pictures down.
ALSO: I am happy because we are using Nightwish instrumentals throughout the play. Three, to be exact. Amaranth for the beginning when Lucy enters Narnia, and The Poet and the Pendulum and Requiem for a Dream in the battle. We are also going to be using actual score from the movie.

ACK!
Sorry I haven't been updating, folks! It's been a busy month full of ups and downs.
Four ups for today:
The local theatre group, myself included, is putting on the stage show of "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" next week!
I might get contacts tomorrow :)
I'm working on a new, lighter layout for my blog. Sort of space-themed. Inspired by the song "Drops of Jupiter" (Might change it soon to more wintery-themed, with Edward Scissorhands music :) That movie moves me so much :,) )
My cousin is gonna let me decorate his guitar! To quote Napoleon Dynamite: "YESSSSSS"
I need to upload those pictures of the one I did for Dad...

It's got Michael Crawford's version of Music of the Night from POTO on there.... *dreamy look*
Ahem. Right. Complete track list coming tomorrow.

Teehee!
my blog got an MCR makeover
Black Parade skeleton-dude doesn't belong to me, he belongs to MCR :3
check the post below, too, for my Friday ^_^
Friday
Today has been pretty uneventful so far. Tonight my dad and I are going bowling, so that will be interesting (seeing as how we are both terrible).
We went to the bowling alley last weekend and played pool there. They have six pay pool tables. I bought two songs on the jukebox, which happened to be two of MCR's loudest songs. Of course, we didn't realize that we were right under the speaker until AFTER the songs started playing.
My best of wishes to Annabelle, stuck in the icebox. XD
Oh, and we ordered the Nightwish concert tickets yesterday! :D
And why does no one comment on my blog anymore...?

The Ghost's Love Story
little poem inspired by Phantom of the Opera
_____________________________________________________
A heart broken
A soul corrupted
A child
Displayed for the world to see
A man
Scorned and rejected
An artist
Shunned because of appearance
A girl
Pained by loss
A woman
Blessed by God-given talent
A humble lady
A bright star in the artist's darkness
A mask
Used to cover his face
What the world viewed as a mistake
Passion
Heartbreak
Anger
Loss
Longing
Wishing...
This is the Ghost's Love Story

read this AND the post below! this is amazing!
I love old books. I was looking at some in my mom's room and saw that she had a very aged-looking copy of The Arabian Nights. I'd been wanting to read it, so I gently removed it from the shelf and took it to my room.
The cover was dark, faded blue, and the pages were literally almost brown when I opened it. (I will take pictures later) I read the story of Aladdin, and put it down to do other things.
I returned to the book later, and noticed something written in pencil on the front, blank page. I couldn't make out most of it, but I could make out the date written. A year. 1904.

The book I was reading was over 100 years old.
That really struck me that I was holding something so old, and possibly so rare.
And of course, Annabelle, the first thought that came to my mind was "Gwen and Mischa would've been around back then!". XD
Anyway, it was just a really cool feeling, wondering who else had read that book over the past 104 years since that date...
AHHH!!! :DDD
Thee is a chance that I will be able to skip 8th grade, leave stupid middle school behind, and go into 9th grade next year.
We're probably gonna have to fight for it, but it would be the best thing to ever happen to me. (Besides the NW concert :P)
I would, however, have to start all over with the grueling friend-making process, as I wouldn't know anyone.
This is not the reason, of course, but there is a chance that if I go into 9th grade that I'll get to see the guy I like (who is in 8th grade now) XD
Anyway, I'm hoping and praying for the best. I, on my part, need to keep these freaking math grades up...

FOR MAYA! :D
You are well aware of our 'Romeo and Juliet' obsession, Maya-chan, and you are also aware of my acting class at the Grande Theatre. Well GUESS WHAT??? :DDD
We're doing prepared readings from R&J! Chandler (my 11-year old cousin for those of you who don't know) is Juliet, and I get to be the nurse! I love the nurse. XD I'm really happy and excited about it!

Dear Mr. President...
Please DO NOT comment on my views about the new President or abortion. I don't want to start a huge political debate. These are my opinions and are not meant to be offensive.
In a few words: I do not want ANYONE who supports abortion running our country. I was deeply disappointed in that. My friend Emma said it very nicely, and it really touched me: "Taking away a life before someone has the chance to live it... how can someone stand that?"
As another friend said, "Our country is going right down the toilet." But, as Claire said, maybe our country will get lucky and go down one of those fancy toilets with the cool, blue water.
Here is my basic message to the President, no matter who he may be:

I'm going to get an item off eBay that incorporates my two favorite things: Japan and Phantom of the Opera!
Check it out!

Gonna probably frame the poster with two bookmarks and put it on the one wall section with no posters (gonna upload pics of my new room eventually)... assuming that it doesn't get lost in the mail, as it's coming from Singapore. XD

Rant
Yeah... today didn't really go as planned.
I woke up this morning so dizzy that I couldn't stand up, so I had to stay home. It was so WEIRD. I couldn't even walk in a straight line later on. O_o (it ended up more like a zigzag pattern)
The last week or so hasn't really been too good. Pretty much had an absolute breakdown on Monday and checked out early. Tuesday, I went to see the school counselor. It was... awkward, but interesting...
I haven't been able to really do ANYTHING, due to all this stupid mental crap. That includes things I have to type for two websites, which are now considered late, therefore I cannot participate on the sites. That doesn't help. I honestly tried to get them done, but it didn't really work. :(
I'm also ticked 'cause I'm still following Annabelle's pattern. Gonna have to break that eventually. >:l

best day EVER!!!!!!!!
I found out that I get to do PUPPETRY WORK IN THE NARNIA PLAY!!!!! They're gonna use a bunch of my puppets. On top of THAT, I also get to play a stage role as a wolf! I'm so excited!
Dad also gave me an AWESOME opportunity to decorate his guitar that he uses regularly. It's plain wood, and he said I could do whatever to it as long as I stay on the wood. I want to do a dragon in a Chinese-oriental style. I will probably do it in permanent markers or Sharpies, since I am not too good at paints and I don't really have any. Thanks a million, Dad!
I've barely had ANY time at all to get on the computer 'cause of all this awesome real-life stuff, but it's GOOD real-life stuff. Lovin' it so far!

YAY!!
Tonight was my first improvisation/audition class at the Grand Theatre. There are 14 girls, and only 2 guys! XD I know lot of the people there, and my cousin Chandler is in it.
There is a boy there that I ended up being partnered with in a game where we learned about each other. His name is Tony, and he's really cool! ^_^ He likes animals, loves theatre, and is a WRITER! He's 15 and he writes PLAYS and POETRY! Not many high-school boys are poets!!!
All in all, today went rather well. Still ecstatic about the concert in May, and I think I will be bouncing off the walls about it UNTIL May.

Spreeeeeeeeee
I went on a trip to the mall today with my family. I got an AWESOME belt (it has music notes on it), WOONNNDERFUL perfume, a Japanese fan (:D), a shirt, ANND 'Highest Hopes' album (the best of Nightwish). I discovered that NW usually does signing/autographing sessions after their shows. I REALLY hope that they'll do it when they come here in May. If so, I want them to sign my album! That would be awesome. Also, ANY opportunity to talk to Toumas would make my life.
There was an entirely Japanese store at the mall!!!! It was wonderful. The cashier-lady was sooo nice and polite. Aren't all Japanese? XD I almost told her thank you in Japanese (Arigato), but I decided against it ;)
Anyway, still extremely psyched about the NW concert and the album!!! Also ecstatic about the oppurtunity of NW autographs.
