I never liked NOWL very much...never got how they planned to fit it in. I can imagine it going during the finale, but it'd kinda clash XD <3 Gerard's voice, though.

Maybe if they played it in the credits...no, that wouldn't work, as "Learn to Be Lonely" is made of awesomeness.

I believe they were going to put it in soon after 'Masquerade', perhaps after the swordfight.

I really wished they had used it at some point, though. It really shows The Phantom's softer side.

Nah, "Music of the Night" I think solves that rather nicely ("Touch me, trust me, savor each sensation")

I guess I'm a purist, though---I want the movie as CLOSE to the musical as possible XD

I'm totally a purist for the musical, too. (WHY did they not make the chandelier crash at the end of Masquerade...!?!?!? SIGH)

NOWL just kind of portrays a non-phantomish "Woe is Me" kind of view, I think...just my opinion, but it's not really something I think he would ever sing...
"his softer side"
...Hellooooo! Music of the Night...?

XD it would be hilariously stupid in the finale, I think..."THE WORLD SHOWED NO COMPASSION TO ME-shheeee alonnne could hear the music..."

Nonono, the chandelier crash was after Il Muto in the show AND the book. ;)

Phantom can be a little Woe is Me...but he should be ANGRY when he gets like that XD (COUGH Stranger than you Dreamt it)

I totally meant Il muto, whoops...I just saw the comment before mine, the masquerade one.
